OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, Lewis Gordon Brewer, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Comanche County, Case No. CRF-73-822, for the offense of Concealing Stolen Property. His punishment was fixed at a term of two (2) years in the State penitentiary and a Five Hundred ($500.00) dollar fine. From said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected...
