Tigges have appealed from a money judgment in favor of plaintiff-respondent Oliver Pellom for construction costs and contractor's fees arising out of the construction of the Tigges' home in St. Louis County and the impression of a mechanics' lien on the Tigges' property for the payment of the money judgment.
