This is a summary judgment case. We reverse and remand the case to the trial Court.

The Appellant filed suit against American Employers Insurance Company, hereafter called "American," and Commercial Union Insurance Company, hereafter called "Commercial," seeking to recover benefits, as an employee of Mike Burkholder, under a Farm and Ranch Employees Blanket Accident and Sickness Policy.
