In an action brought by her father, Lisle F. Townsend (plaintiff), Linda J. Townsend (defendant) appeals from a judgment impressing a constructive trust on certain properties held by her. Subsequent to trial Lisle F. Townsend died, and Joseph J. Dolan, as executor of his estate, was substituted herein as a party to the action. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
