This appeal is from an order overruling a demurrer of the defendants-appellants, Georgia Gaultney and Sentry Insurance, to a complaint by the plaintiff, Angelo Ewing, in litigation arising out of a single-car accident which occurred near Corinth, Mississippi, on July 19, 1971. The demurrer was entered on the claim that the plaintiff had misjoined several causes of action. We affirm the trial court order overruling the demurrer.
