Appellant, Albert J. Krehbiel, was indicted in five counts for armed bank robbery, 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d) (1970), and after a plea of guilty to one count, was sentenced to a term of 18 years in the custody of the Attorney General, 18 U.S.C. § 4208(a)(2) (1970).
