The defendants herein have been charged in a two count indictment with conspiracy to violate federal narcotics laws and with illegal possession of approximately 77 pounds of marijuana. Pursuant to Rule 41 of the Fed.R.Crim. P. both defendants have moved to suppress the evidence on the ground that it was seized under a defective search warrant.
