BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, Doug Vanostrum, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-73-775, for the offense of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Phencyclidine, in violation of 63 O.S. 1971, § 2-401, subd. B, par. 2. The jury fixed his punishment at two (2) years imprisonment and a fine of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and from this judgment...
