Appellant was convicted of rape and his punishment fixed at thirty-five years in the penitentiary. The judgment of the court was in accordance with the verdict of the jury. Appellant was found to be indigent, and counsel was appointed to represent him both at arraignment and trial under a plea of not guilty.
