OPINION

MASSEY, Chief Justice.

The case before the trial court was a contest over parental "right of visitation" of a child of divorce. Theresa Ann Wood was the mother of the child and Daniel James Wood was the father.

We have heretofore had a phase of the case wherein it was contended that the subject matter involved propriety of a plea of privilege. See Wood v. Wood, 504 S.W.2d 952 (Fort Worth Tex.Civ.App., 1974...
