This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the District Court of Galveston County, Texas, which recites that it is based upon a compromise and settlement agreement made between the parties. Moody & Co., Bankers, in two points of error, asserts the trial court erred in holding, as a matter of law, that a letter agreement dated May 25, 1972 and certain subsequent oral agreements constituted a legally enforceable settlement agreement...
