This appeal was originally filed with the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, but was transferred to this court because that court determined it did not have jurisdiction because of the amount in controversy. Title 13, Section 111(11), Code of Alabama 1940, as amended (Recompiled 1958—Supp.1971) permits such transfer. It appears that the transfer was proper since under Section 111(3) the jurisdiction of the Civil Appeals Court is limited...
