OPINION

HUFSTEDLER, Circuit Judge:

B. B. S. K. Corporation ["BBSK"] appeals from an order denying its motion under Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to vacate a $540,000 default judgment. We reverse.
