Appeal from a judgment and from an order issued by the Hennepin County District Court denying plaintiffs' motion for a new trial. We affirm.

On June 29, 1969, an automobile collision occurred on Minnetonka Boulevard in the city of St. Louis Park. An automobile driven by defendant Roger Johnson crossed over the centerline into the path of an automobile driven by plaintiff Gerald Malik.
