This suit for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, Elwood Abshire, was originally instituted in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court for East Baton Rouge Parish. Under the provisions of LSA-C.C.P. art. 123, it was transferred to the Fifteenth Judicial District Court.
