This is an interlocutory appeal from an order by the trial court dismissing appellant's complaint on the ground that the court lacks jurisdiction over the person of the defendants. We reverse.

The appellant, a Florida corporation, sued the defendants, all non-residents of Florida, for a brokerage commission, resulting from an exchange of stock of the D.J. Dinsmore Company, a South Dakota corporation in which the defendants held stock interests...
