Our opinion issued on January 21, 1974, is withdrawn, and the following opinion, issued subsequently to appellant's motion for rehearing, is substituted therefor:

In this divorce action, the husband-appellant has appealed from that portion of the judgment dividing the properties of the parties and awarding attorney's fees in favor of the wife. Affirmed.
