The determinative question in this unemployment compensation appeal is whether a fact issue exists as to the cause of the claimant's separation from his employment.

One of the bases for disqualification for unemployment compensation is voluntary quitting without good cause attributable to the employer—"If he has left his work voluntarily without good cause attributable to his employer...
