This is an original habeas corpus proceeding. The Relator is Jody Martin Parr, who was found guilty of contempt of the Court by Honorable Magus Smith, Judge presiding, and sentenced to jail for one hundred fifty days.1 We granted Relator's petition to determine whether she was afforded the due process of law requisites of fair notice and opportunity to be heard.
