The instant action is an appeal from several orders entered by the Dade County circuit court, probate division, involving the administration of an estate.

The deceased, Alek G. Lunga, died on July 23, 1964. At the time it was believed that he had no will. Petitioner-appellee, David W. Walters was appointed administrator of the deceased's estate in August, 1964 and about the same time, petitioner-appellee...
