National Cash Register Company (NCR) filed a Petition for Review of an Order of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) which determined that NCR had violated Sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(5) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and 158(a)(5), in its New York City, Detroit and Duluth branches and which ordered NCR to bargain with the union at those locations.
