This is a suit by Gerhart Moore for benefits allegedly due him under a group accidental death and dismemberment policy written by defendant Prudential Insurance Company of America. After suit was filed, Prudential filed a motion for summary judgment, alleging that there were no issues of material fact and that it was entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
