No. 1-473A62.

306 N.E.2d 373 (1974)

Carl C. HAYS and Florence C. Hays, Husband and Wife, Appellants, v. HARTFIELD L-P GAS et al., Appellees.

Court of Appeals of Indiana, First District.

January 31, 1974.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

David W. Crumbo of Naville, Crumbo & Leist, New Albany, for appellants.

John A. Cody, Jr., New Albany, for appellees.

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

The plaintiff-appellant (Hays) and his wife sought injunctive relief and damages against the defendant-appellee (Hartfield) and his wife for the latter's planned operation of a liquid propane bulk plant situated near Hays' property. The trial court denied both the injunction and damages. On appeal, Hays alleges as error that the judgment of the trial court is not supported by sufficient evidence, and that it is contrary to law.
