OPINION

Represented by retained counsel, although declared indigent by the trial court subsequent to trial because he was unable to pay for preparation of the transcript, Sullivan was convicted of concealing stolen property, valued in excess of $100, in two separate cases tried together, and was sentenced to the minimum of imprisonment in the penitentiary for three years in each case...
