Arnold Radoff and his son Michael Radoff sued Utica Mutual Insurance Company, herein called Utica, and its agent Andrew J. Rogers, Jr., d/b/a Metro Insurance Services. The suit is against Utica on a Family Combination Automobile Policy and, alternatively, against Rogers for misrepresenting the coverage afforded by the policy.
