The appellant, Dan Reed Goodman, was tried before a jury and found guilty of two felonies: sale of unregistered securities (A.R.S. § 44-1841) and sale of securities by an unregistered salesman (A.R.S. § 44-1842). He was sentenced to Arizona State Prison for a term of not less than nine nor more than ten years on each count, the terms to run concurrently.
