Nu-Ray Electric Company, Inc., plaintiff, filed this suit on a sworn account against the two defendants, J. E. Russell and W. B. Rice. The trial court granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment therein rendering judgment for the plaintiff against the two defendants, jointly and severally, for $4,414.38.
