In December, 1968 the Circuit Court of Washtenaw County ruled that MCLA 712A.4; MSA 27.3178(598.4), allowing the probate court to waive jurisdiction over certain juveniles, thus allowing them to be tried as adults, was not unconstitutional. The Court of Appeals, upon remand from this Court, upheld this decision. 30 Mich.App. 390;
