HOLOHAN, Justice.

Troy Edward Keener was tried and convicted of unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of dangerous drugs for sale. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of confinement in the state prison. The appellant, Keener, by his appeal, raises two questions, (1) did the trial court err in denying his motion to suppress; (2) did the trial court err in permitting a police officer witness to testify as an expert as to whether the dangerous drugs were possessed...
