MURPHY, J.

Defendant was charged with patricide. After a jury trial he was convicted of manslaughter in the first degree and sentenced to an indeterminate term of imprisonment not exceeding 15 years. On this appeal he alleges an assortment of errors below, including the assertion that his guilt was not proven to a moral certainty.
