Defendant Louis Michael Serra was arrested February 19, 1974 at Children's Hospital, and charged with a violation of Section 648.04(a)(2) of the Criminal Code of the city of Akron, to wit: "recklessly causing inconvenience or alarm to another by making offensively coarse utterances."
