We are called upon to interpret the provisions of an insurance policy issued to plaintiff by defendant company and the scope of defendant's duty to make payment thereunder. The policy provided that defendant would pay the cost of hospital care, including surgeon's fees, up to a limit of $5,000, with $100 deductible, and there was an exclusion for losses caused by injuries...
