Presented on this appeal is the recurring problem which results when an attorney is held in contempt of court for inadvertent tardiness. At oral argument and after consideration of the record and briefs, it appeared that counsel for the parties — as well as the court below — apparently misapprehended the essential element of an adjudication of criminal contempt.
