The defendants were individually charged with the crime of possession of a controlled substance, as defined in Sections 19-03.1-05 and 19-03.1-23 of the North Dakota Century Code. They made motions to suppress evidence seized at a home which they occupied. After a hearing, the trial court granted the motions to suppress.
