Appellant was tried and convicted for the crime of sale of narcotic drugs and also entered a plea of guilty to second degree burglary. On January 25, 1972, appellant was given a five-year suspended sentence on each judgment. On October 10, 1972, probation was revoked as to the sale of narcotic drugs and appellant was sentenced to serve a term from ten to fifteen years in the state prison. This appeal...
