HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of robbery and his punishment fixed at ten (10) years imprisonment in the penitentiary. At arraignment, attended by counsel, he interposed a plea of not guilty. He did not give notice of appeal at the time he was sentenced. Within the time allowed by law he gave written notice of appeal and requested a free transcript of the trial proceedings. This request was granted by the trial court who appointed one of his trial attorneys...
