This appeal stems from an action for Declaratory Judgment pursuant to Section 32-23-01 of the North Dakota Century Code. Two questions were submitted to the trial court for answer. The first question was dismissed because, in the opinion of the trial court, it anticipated an advisory opinion which could not be rendered by the Court under the Declaratory Judgment Act, and the second was dismissed on the basis that insufficient information...
