The plaintiff seeks by this bill in equity to enjoin further trespasses by the defendant corporations and their members and guests over a certain strip of land which comprises a portion of a parcel of some thirty-nine acres owned by the plaintiff and lying on the northerly side of the Boston-Worcester Turnpike (Route 9) in Westborough. The bill also prays for an assessment of the plaintiff's damages arising out of past trespasses. The answer denies a trespass...
