This appeal arises from the granting of a summary judgment in favor of the appellees. Appellants submit these three questions for review:

1. Did the lower court err in ruling that the Constitution of the State of Arizona does not require free textbooks for high school students? 2. Did the lower court err in ruling that appellees' textbook policy does not violate appellants' equal protection guarantees? ...
