HATHAWAY, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the appellees requiring appellant to pay the amount of a judgment obtained by appellees in a personal injury action.

Mr. Villasenor, while employed at a Meat King Market, a retailer of meat and meat products in Tucson, Arizona, was injured on July 24, 1964, when he was directed to replace the letters on a sign in front of the market. Several months later he filed suit...
