The plaintiff-appellant was injured aboard the S.S. COLUMBIA BANKER, in the Pacific Ocean. The Vessel was owned by the Columbia Steamship Company, which, in turn, was insured by American Steamship Owner's Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association, Inc.
