This is an appeal from a denial of injunctive relief sought in a petition for habeas corpus. The petitioner Willis was a prisoner at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners at Springfield, Missouri. In his habeas petition he alleged that prison authorities had placed him in punitive isolation on the basis of a false disciplinary report and after a hearing which denied him various safeguards of procedural due process.
