Defendant was convicted of two counts of aggravated assault contrary to § 40A-3-2(A), N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl.Vol. 6), two counts of aggravated assault upon a peace officer contrary to § 40A-22-21(A) (1), N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl.Vol. 6), and one count of criminal trespass contrary to § 40A-14-1, N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl.Vol. 6).
