This is an action by a member's wife against a group health organization seeking to recover medical and dental benefits. The district court of Yellowstone County, the Hon. Charles Luedke, district judge, sitting without a jury, awarded judgment to plaintiff for medical services in the amount of $805.65 and denied recovery for the dental services.
