Appellee and cross-appellant Bernard Schoen claims to have sustained a heart attack as a result of mental tension and physical exertion related to his iron and steel work for appellant and cross-appellee Stack Steel Company, which is insured by Employers Commercial Union Insurance Group (hereinafter "Employers"). Schoen filed a claim for temporary total disability and "possible" permanent disability with the Alaska Workmen's Compensation...
