Vinyl Masters, Inc., (herein, Vinyl) in January, 1972, acquired a plant in Deer Park, Long Island, and thereafter contracted with Sparks Electric Company, Inc., (herein, Sparks) for the performance of electrical work such as the wiring of machinery, lights and transformers.
