This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction by a jury of violations of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) (1), 846, 952, 960 and 963, dealing with conspiracy to import marijuana, importing marijuana, conspiracy to import marijuana with intent to distribute, and possessing marijuana with intent to distribute.
