OPINION

OSBORN, Justice.

This is a medical malpractice case. The Appellant contends by a single point of error that the trial Court erred in entering a summary judgment for the doctor. Appellee by two counterpoints contends that the trial Court properly granted his motion for summary judgment because as a matter of law there was no error in his diagnosis and because Appellant's cause of action was barred by the two-year statute of limitations.
