This is a suit for damages resulting from a partial head-on collision between an automobile and a motorcycle. L. C. Jackson and Mary Lynette Jackson, the minor daughter of L. C. Jackson, sued Zenos H. O'Kelly for property damages to the automobile which was owned by L. C.
