This is an appeal by Allen Green from a circuit court judgment against him for $3,671.99 in favor of Arkansas Power & Light Company on a bond signed by Green agreeing to be personally liable for the payment for electric service furnished by the power company to Allen Green and Associates, Inc. at its apartment complex in Little Rock.
